The flagship unit of the group is Ambe International - India's first registered recruitment agency established in 1979. The company has
placed more than 20,000 personnel in Engineering, Construction, Oil
and Gas, Information Technology sectors around the globe. Ambe claims
as in its client roster companies such as JGC - Japan, ALBA - Bahrain, Brown
andRoot - USA, WoodGroup - UK amongst several others.
Sambe has also invested in expanding its recruitment offerings to include a
recruitment services portal (IndianPersonnel.com) and a software
concern creating HR-related products (Sambe Software).
The Group has other investments in real-estate, manufacturing and exports in the
form of Sambe Engineering / Electronics. These companies outsource entire component assembly lines from companies such as Crompton and Greaves,
Ashok Leyland and LeGrand.
